17 year old, techno-geek, Marcus knows how to work the system and outwit network surveillance.  But he accidently gets caught in the middle of a terrorist attack and is blamed by the government.  After torture and long interrogation by the Dept. of Homeland Security, he is released and finds the U.S. is now a police state.  Can he take down the corrupt people in control?
